As part
of this effort, the Department of Health and Human Services invites
community based organizations to participate in a Request for Qualifications
(RFQ) to support efforts on behalf of the Hartford Teenage Pregnancy
Prevention Initiative.

During the
past two years, the United States has witnessed a resurgence of bed bugs.
Although the insect does not spread disease, they are a significant nuisance
and are now commonly reported in all communities, regardless of
socioeconomic status.
